Overview

This Terms of Service applies to all visitors, buyers of PuKiDo official site. Browsing, registering accounts or placing orders means you fully agree to all clauses here, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
  1. Basic Rule & Age Requirement

    PuKiDo sells AI plush companion toys. Users must be at least 18 years old; minors can only use the site with parent or guardian consent.
  2. Account Rules

    Account registration is optional for browsing. If you create an account, you must submit true information, keep your password confidential, and take full responsibility for all operations under your account. Notify us immediately if your account is hacked.
  3. Product & Price Rules
  • Stock, product pictures, descriptions and prices may be adjusted without prior notice.
  • If obvious price errors appear after you place an order, we will contact you to reconfirm pricing or cancel your order.
  • If received goods differ drastically from descriptions, you can return them per our Return Policy as the sole remedy.
  1. Order & Payment

    Your submitted order is only a purchase offer. PuKiDo reserves rights to reject orders due to stock shortage, abnormal pricing or suspected fraud. We support mainstream payment methods; order confirmation email does not guarantee successful shipment. Shipment notice will be sent separately after dispatch.
  2. Shipping & Return

    All delivery rules follow the independent Shipping Policy; 30-day return window applies per Return Policy if products meet return standards.
  3. User Prohibited Behaviors

    Users shall not break laws, infringe intellectual property, upload harmful content, impersonate others or use the website for illegal/fraudulent acts.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights

    All texts, images, logos, product designs on PuKiDo site belong to our brand. Users only get personal non-commercial browsing authorization; copying, reproducing or secondary creation without written permission is forbidden.
  5. Third-Party Links

    External links on the site are out of PuKiDo’s control. We take no responsibility for their content or privacy rules.
  6. Indemnification

    You agree to compensate all losses, fees and legal costs incurred by PuKiDo, its staff and partners caused by your violation of these terms.
  7. Privacy Protection

    All personal data processing complies with PuKiDo Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
  8. Term Revision & Law Application

    PuKiDo can update terms without advance notice; continuous site use equals acceptance of new clauses. All disputes are judged under the laws of the designated U.S. state and local courts.
